Open Call for Participants: Bien-être en Mouvement Youth Exchange

Association Petite Graine is launching the open call for participants for Bien-être en Mouvement, an Erasmus+ Youth Exchange taking place from 4 to 12 July 2026 in Bagnères-de-Luchon, in the heart of the French Pyrenees.

During this intercultural experience, young people from France, Germany, Hungary and Spain will come together to explore well-being, mental health, movement, nutrition and sustainable lifestyles through non-formal education activities.

The programme will include:

  • mindfulness, stress management and self-care workshops;
  • movement activities, sport, hiking and connection with nature;
  • intercultural exchange between young people from different European countries;
  • workshops on healthy and sustainable lifestyles;
  • teamwork, leadership and community living activities;
  • collective creation of a Well-Being Toolkit, a practical resource on well-being for young people and youth workers.

Who can apply?

We are looking for motivated young people who are open to intercultural learning and interested in well-being, movement, mental health, inclusion and sustainable lifestyles. Young people with fewer opportunities or facing economic, social, geographical or cultural barriers are especially encouraged to apply.

Accommodation, food and travel costs are covered according to Erasmus+ rules. Selected participants will receive all practical information before departure. Please do not book travel tickets before receiving approval from Association Petite Graine.
