Association Petite Graine is opening the call for French participants to join the Greencademy 2.0 Training Course, an international training activity organised within the Erasmus+ project Greencademy to the Next Level.
The training will take place from 4 to 12 July 2026 in Tannroda, Germany. Travel dates are included.
This training course is designed for youth workers, facilitators, educators, volunteers and members of France-based organisations who want to strengthen their competences in agroecology, non-formal education, youth participation and rural community engagement.
During the training, participants will explore and test educational methods connected to agroecology and the ecological transition. The programme will focus on how to support young people in creating local, practical and participatory actions that respond to the realities of their own communities.
This mobility is part of Greencademy to the Next Level, a European partnership bringing together organisations from France, Germany, Croatia and Romania. The project aims to strengthen the capacity of youth workers and support young people in developing local agroecological initiatives.
The training course in Germany will also be an important step in preparing the next phases of the project: local programmes, pilot activities, exchange moments between initiatives and the practical use of the Greencademy pedagogical toolkit.
Who can apply?
We are looking for France-based participants who:
have experience or interest in youth work, non-formal education, ecology, agroecology, community gardens, sustainable food systems or community-based projects;
want to develop practical competences to support young people in local ecological actions;
are available for the full training period, from 4 to 12 July 2026, including travel days;
are motivated to share their experience and contribute to future Greencademy activities in France.
No previous agricultural expertise is required. Motivation, curiosity and willingness to learn with others are the most important elements.
