Open Call: Youth Exchange on Soil Protection in Germany

Open Call: Youth Exchange on Soil Protection in Germany

Association Petite Graine is opening a call for participants for the first youth exchange of the project Activating Youth in Sustainable Farming and Soil Protection, an Erasmus+ project coordinated by Next Level e.V. in Germany, with Petite Graine as the French partner organisation.

The youth exchange will take place from 30 August to 8 September at Burg Tannroda, near Bad Berka, Germany. Travel dates are included.

This project brings together young people from France and Germany around a shared goal: understanding the essential role of soil, discovering sustainable farming practices and developing ideas for local environmental action.

During the exchange, participants will take part in practical workshops, intercultural activities and collective learning moments focused on soil protection, sustainable farming, ecological resilience and active citizenship.

The project aims to equip young people with the knowledge, skills and confidence to become changemakers in their communities. It also promotes international cooperation and peer-to-peer learning between young people from France and Germany.

Who can participate?
This open call is for young people living in France, aged 17 to 30, who are interested in ecology, sustainable farming, soil protection, nature or civic initiatives. The group will include 16 young participants, with 8 participants from France and 8 from Germany.

Accommodation, food and activity costs are covered by the Erasmus+ programme. Travel costs will be reimbursed according to Erasmus+ rules and within the available budget.

Interested young people are invited to contact Association Petite Graine to receive the application form and practical information.
