Well-Being Toolkit – Bien-être en Mouvement

Well-Being Toolkit – Bien-être en Mouvement

The Well-Being Toolkit is a practical guide developed through the Erasmus+ Youth Exchange Bien-être en Mouvement, held in Bagnères-de-Luchon, France, from 4 to 12 July 2026.

It transforms the project’s experiences and learning into practical activities that can be reused by young people, group leaders, youth workers, educators and facilitators.

Who is this guide for?

The toolkit is designed for:

  • young people aged 18 to 30 who want to facilitate activities with their peers;
  • group leaders preparing a youth exchange or local activity;
  • informal groups looking for accessible, ready-to-use exercises;
  • youth workers, educators and facilitators who want to encourage active youth participation.

What does it include?

The guide contains 19 activity cards covering different dimensions of well-being:

  • welcoming, trust and group building;
  • mental health and stress management;
  • breathing, mindfulness and body awareness;
  • movement, cooperation and inclusive physical activity;
  • food, emotions and intercultural learning;
  • resilience and personal goal setting;
  • nature connection and outdoor learning;
  • Youthpass reflection and future commitments.

Each activity card includes:

  • a clear purpose;
  • learning outcomes;
  • duration, group size and space requirements;
  • materials and preparation guidance;
  • step-by-step instructions;
  • debrief questions;
  • inclusion and safety adaptations;
  • a tangible output for the group to create.

How can it be used?

The activities can be followed as a suggested seven-day learning journey, combined into a one-day workshop or selected individually as standalone sessions.

The methods are designed to be accessible, adaptable and possible to implement with limited resources. Users are encouraged to adjust the timing, language, physical intensity and participation options to the needs of their group.
